You are important to us. If you feel you did not receive what you have ordered, please return the merchandise within 10 days to receive a full refund or exchange. We cannot refund electronic devices but will be happy to replace any damaged items.

We use UPS  to ship our packages. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.  If there is a delay in shipping you will be notified.

If you would like to pay with a check or money order, Make checks payable to Jed Enterprises, 11290 HWY 84 West, Newton, Alabama, 36352, and please add 15% of purchase for shipping. If shipping is less than the 15%, you will be refunded the additional amount. Orders paid by personal check will be sent when the checks are cleared.
